Accentus – US Ambulatory Division is looking for a strong individual to fulfill the role of Client Development Manager.The CDM role is responsible for client satisfaction, growing our presence within the client’s operations and providing world-class support for client needs in their interactions with Accentus.

As the CDM, you would be the single-point of contact for customer questions, concerns and issues.We have high-quality customer support and operations personnel to back you up as you endeavor to help our clients proactive meet their goals and expectations when it comes to clinical documentation.
You will assist with activation of new clients, their day-to-day needs, conduct formal Quality of Service Reviews with clients, proactively connect and discuss upcoming initiatives and provide information on how to develop those plans with Accentus/Nuance products and services, and be responsible for the revenue generation with each client you serve.
